1- PROCESSING RAW MATERIALS:

Shrimp : All kinds of shrimp: Black Tiger / White / Pink / Cat-tiger / Yellow / 
  Freshwater Prawn / Lobster.
Cephalopods : Squid, Cuttlefish, Octopus,
Fish : Various kinds of marine fish and freshwater fish.
Crab : Swimming Crab, Pacific Crab.

2- EXPORT PRODUCTIONS:

Shrimp : PD, PUD, HOSO, HLSO, PTO, COOKED, Ez-Peel, Skewers, Butterfly, Nobashi EBI, Sushi, Breaded (EBI fried), Cocktail.
Cephalopods : Whole cleaned, fillet, portion cut, skewers, pineapple cut (Matsukasa), cut rings.
Fish : Processed in various types, such as: whole round, fillets, portion cut, skewers: Pangasius, Red Snapper, Red Mullet, Giant Sea-perch, Silver Pomfret, Black Pomfret, Grouper, Croaker, Mackerel, Herring, Mahi-Mahi, Ribbon Fish, Flounder Sole, Goatfish, Conger Pike, Tilapia, Snakehead, Climbing Perch, Leather Jacket, Feather Back Fish, Eel, Spiny Eel, etc;
Crab : Whole, half-cut, cooked & picked crabmeat, crab soft-shell.
  • Latest a new and modern production chain with newest technologies has been finalized and put into operation to produce canned swimming crabmeat. This is a CADOVIMEX top pasteurized quality specially targeting the oversea market.
Seafood mixed : Shrimps, Squid rings, Tentacles, Baby Clams, etc;

3- QUALITY CONTROL:

  • All batches of raw materials are carefully inspected to ensure compliance to the quality specifications. In addition, our quality control officers regularly visit supplier for extending technical assistance on quality control in handling and transportation of raw materials.

  • Our well-trained quality control inspectors use statistical sampling methods to continually monitor all critical control points in the processing. Any defects are recognized and corrected immediately.

  • Samples of all finished products are tested in our well-equipped laboratory in order to ensure the product quality is complied with specifications prior to releasing for sales.

Quality Control Procedure:

A- Raw materials:

  • Establish the Raw Material specifications

  • Audit supplier source: Educate preparing / handling procedure in order to comply with the Raw Materials specifications.

B- Intake handling and inspection:

  • Raw materials incoming inspection and storaging: Inspection criteria: physical, chemical, micro-biological aspects, specification compliance

  • Material handling-procedure: Intake to processing, intake to cold storage

  • Monitor throughout all processing steps.

C- Quality assurance function at laboratory:

  • Finished products sampling from each production batch to ensure quality in compliance with the product specifications

  • Inspection criteria: physical, organoleptic, micro-biological, chemical

  • Periodically send sampling to test by private or governmental laboratory for comparison.

D- Factory good manufacturing practice (GMP) and sanitation program:

  • Worker training – Sanitation / Hygiene practices

  • Periodical worker health-examination

  • QC monitor:

  • Pest control program

  • Processing facilities – cleaning & sanitizing effectiveness

  • Factory housekeeping

  • Worker sanitation practices

  • Worker facilities e.g. Nurse room, rest room, etc
